Thank you for using ProbeRank ("the Service"). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Service

ProbeRank is a digital service that provides AI-powered SEO and content tools immediately after successful payment. Current production payment capability supports Alipay one-time payment only (no automatic recurring charge).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Duplicate payment or accidental charge — You were charged more than once for the same order.
  2. Service termination — If we permanently discontinue the Service, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion.
  3. Service-level failure — A verified system issue prevented paid entitlement from being delivered.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results or perceived quality.
  • Issues caused by user-side devices, internet connection, or other technical limitations.

3. Payment Clarification

  • Current production payment path is Alipay one-time payment.
  • There is currently no automatic recurring billing in production.
  • If recurring billing is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before it takes effect.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. Include your order number, payment proof, and a brief explanation of your request.
  3. Customer support will provide first response within 24 hours.
  4. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the result.
  5. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method; processing time may vary by provider.
